Volunteer

We welcome volunteers who would like to visit Mathura village and
join us in serving humanity together.

Volunteering

involves participating in various team activities. These can range from visiting slums and feeding children to teaching classes for kids. We also engage in yoga, singing, and cooking vegetarian meals together.

 

If you have marketing or technical skills, we can collaborate on marketing efforts or content writing.

In addition, cow seva and temple seva are also arranged in the week of volunteering, 

this is valuable opportunity to get closer to nature and divinity. 

You are welcome to share your skills and discuss how you would like to contribute

to the growth of the community.

Haribhakta Gurukulam Community School 

The Community School is dedicated to providing free classes, facilities, and education for underprivileged children in Mathura village.

The programs are designed to promote knowledge, spiritual health and wellness for village children, helping to develop a sense of community and connection between individuals.

Free Education

  • Provide free education for poor children in Mathura village.

  • Teaching scriptures such as Bhagavad Gita, Srimad Bhagavatam, Mahābhārata, Ramayana, etc, to cultivate morals and beliefs

  • Provide free books, stationery, and pencils, and assist children in returning to school

  • Learn languages, reading and writing. Drawing & painting in the Bhakti Art Project

  • Practice Yoga, Pranayama, Mantra, and Meditation to cultivate inner peace

  • Restore self-confidence

  • Develop a sense of purpose and meaning in life 

  • Regular health body check by doctors and nurses

Love to Nature

  • Plant tree campaign, we want to reach 1 million trees planting or collaboration with green projects

  • Gardening flowers, vegetables,

  • Plant a Garden of Tulsi on our farmland

  • Love animals such as cow, monkey, take care animals, visiting goshala

  • Respect to the nature, the law of nature and law of karma (doing good deeds)

Feeding

  • Social care boding in the community

  • Helping each others 

  • Distribution food, grass mixture in regular schedule for cows

  • Feeding : provide food for street saints, poor people, animals

  • Live harmony with relationship 

 

Spirituality

  • Language : lerning ancient language Sanskrit to understand more about scriptures 

  • Learning forms of Bhakti, as the way of devotion 

  • Devotional Seva  

  • Perform Rituals

  • Devotional singing

  • Morning and evening prayer, kirtans and aarti, mantra meditation

  • Building relationship with Divine and inner Love, therefore we as individuals can understand the true self 

Self improvement and skills development

  • Learning skills and knowledge can improve the living conditions

  • Cooking : learn cooking skills to satisfy the basic needs to survive, cooking prasad to serve deity

  • Art & Craft : provide workshops of Handcraft, Woodcraft, Painting Arts to develop self-reliance skills. Woman and students are encourage  to make their own craft products or selling to earn their living

  • Learning ancient Sanskrit for understanding spirituality. Other language- Hindi, English, Chinese, Spanish in free classes so they are able to communicate with international visitors

  • Perform rituals (Yajnas, Abhishek, Aarti, Puja) to purify senses and soul

  • Learning kirtan bhajans, playing Harmonium, Meidagan in music 

Volunteering

  • We welcome volunteers or seva from around the world to participant  the project in means of financial support and physical support

  • Sharing of love, in the help of moving forwards the development 

  • Once the school building is constructed, space is provided for volunteers and they can stay in the dorms for a week to several months upon availability 

  • Contribute your time and teaching to children of Mathura, engage in feeding activities, participate in spiritual worship, or sing kirtan bajans, arts, reading, etc

  • We believe that these activities can help elevate your consciousness and spiritual growth in our community
