Hindus believe in the existence of a supreme reality or cosmic power known as Brahman, which can be manifested in various forms and deities such as Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh, and discover the divine energies of Shiva (masculine energy) and Shakti (feminine energy) within us.
The practice of yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, Ayurveda and chakras are essential for a healthy and harmonious way of living. Hindu rituals and practices play a significant role in worshipping to the Supreme source of creation and develop a deep connection to the Divine.
