Sanatana Dharma is the basic principle of Hinduism,
is a philosophical heritage originated without a founder.
The term "Sanatana Dharma" in Sanskrit and signifies an eternal or universal way of life.

Sanatana Dharma It encompasses a wide range of beliefs, practices, and traditions.

Hinduism encompasses a diverse set of beliefs and practices, with a wide variety of deities and scriptures. The Vedas, such as the Rig Veda, Sama Veda, Yajur Veda, and Atharva Veda, along with the Puranas, Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana, and Mahabharata, are highly revered.

 

Karma |  Dharma | Samsara | Moksha

The core concept in Sanatana Dharma includes Karma (the law of cause and effect), Dharma (moral and ethical duties), Samsara (the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth), and Moksha (liberation from the cycle of reincarnation). Hindus believe in the existence of a supreme reality or cosmic power known as Brahman, which can be manifested in various forms and deities such as Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh, and discover the divine energies of Shiva (masculine energy) and Shakti (feminine energy) within us.

 

The practice of yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, Ayurveda and chakras are essential for a healthy and harmonious way of living. Hindu rituals and practices play a significant role in worshipping to the Supreme source of creation and develop a deep connection to the Divine.
